Sher-e-Bangla Medical College is a medical college in Barisal,Bangladesh. SBMC was established in 1969 and is run below the management of the University of Dhaka. It was christened after A. K. Fazlul Huq, identified by his nickname of “Sher-e-Bangla” which resources Tiger of Bangla, a leading Bengali statesman and previous prime minister of Pakistan in the chief half of the 20th century, who experienced law in Barisal.
